About The Client

Our client is building the next-generation platform to power preschools of the future, combining powerful tools for curriculum planning, classroom journaling, parent communication, and AI-driven insights. Their mission is simple: help educators focus on what matters most: teaching and caring for children. They are already trusted by forward-thinking preschools across India and globally and just getting started.The RoleThey are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Manager / Director to lead growth in new and existing markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of education and technology, and who wants to see their work translate directly into better learning experiences for children.What You’ll Do
  • Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Build relationships with preschool owners, chains, and education networks, understanding their needs and positioning as the best solution.
  • Present our client value proposition clearly and persuasively to educators, school leaders, and investors in the education space.
  • Work closely with our founders and marketing team to identify high-potential markets and design go-to-market strategies.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.
  • Represent our client at conferences, workshops, and school visits — both in India and internationally.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team to influence our roadmap.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members and manage the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–8 years of sales experience, preferably selling to schools or in the education sector.
  • A passion for improving education and a belief in the power of technology to transform learning.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with consultative sales, understanding client pain points, and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Experience using CRMs and analytics tools to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India and occasionally overseas.

Nice To Have

  • Network of contacts in the preschool or K–12 education space.
  • Experience running webinars/ workshops to deliver engaging content to groups.
