Sales Manager

About the Role

DigiParadise Studios is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving client acquisition and revenue by pitching studio services, handling inbound leads, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll combine consultative selling with strategic marketing support to help brands, creators, and businesses achieve their content goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured sales calls with prospective clients and qualified leads.

• Understand client requirements for shoots (podcast, fashion, e-commerce, branded content, etc.).

• Pitch relevant service packages and communicate value effectively.

• Convert inbound leads (from Meta Ads, Google Ads, referrals, etc.) into confirmed bookings.

• Manage incoming inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and client trends.

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in sales (media, production, or service industry experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

• Basic knowledge of marketing and lead generation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of leads contacted.

• Conversion rate (leads → confirmed bookings).

• Monthly revenue generated.

• Effectiveness of follow-ups.

• Client satisfaction and retention rate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 20K- 35K , based on experience
