About the role

We’re hiring a skilled cinematographer (≈2+ years relevant experience or equivalent) who understands lighting, sound, and camera fundamentals. You’ll bring visual storytelling to life across podcasts, UGC content, fashion videos, brand commercials, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Plan and execute creative shots aligned to project needs/briefs.

• Work with directors, clients, and editors for visual consistency.

• Design, adjust, and control lighting to achieve the desired look.

• Manage multi-camera setups for podcast shoots.

• Explore new techniques/gear to enhance content quality.

• Maintain and organize studio equipment/workflows.

• Collaborate with editors on color grading and post-production notes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Cinematography quality (framing, lighting, consistency).

• Setup efficiency and on-time delivery.

• Creative input and storytelling ideas.

• Adaptability across formats (UGC to premium brand films).

• Cross-team collaboration (directors, editors, clients).

• Technical depth (cameras, lenses, lighting).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
