Sales Manager (Diamond Industry)

As a Sales Manager in the Diamond Industry, you will be responsible for planning strategies for both B2B and B2C sales. Your main focus will be on client acquisition, providing excellent customer service, ensuring client retention, and supporting the achievement of business goals. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in motivating and guiding your team towards success. To be successful in this role, you should have an educational background of an MBA or equivalent in sales, Business Strategy, or a related discipline. You should possess 5-10 years of experience in senior management roles, preferably within the luxury jewellery, diamond, or solitaires industry. Candidates with experience in luxury brands, B2B/B2C Jewellery Houses, or High-end Retail Chains are preferred. Key competencies for this position include strong leadership and people management skills, a deep understanding of luxury consumer dynamics and premium brand positioning, proficiency in business planning, budgeting, analytics, ERP systems, data dashboards, and performance tracking tools. Additionally, high emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion are essential qualities for this role.
