Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and overseeing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the marketing team, and preparing sales reports.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
