Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives

• Create and execute effective sales strategies

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

  to continuously inform and refine sales strategy.

• Prepare and present regular, insightful sales performance reports and forecasts

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams

  including marketing, design, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Conduct training, performance reviews, and skill development sessions

  for the sales team, fostering their continuous growth.

• Ensure strict compliance with sales processes

  and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  (MBA preferred).

• 7 to 10 years of total sales experience

  , with at least

  4 years in a team leadership role

• Prior experience in the

  Interior Design, Home Interiors, or related sectors is highly desirable

  .

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
