About the Role


The Sales Manager - Business Development will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in corporate sales, particularly in the packaging sector.



Responsibilities


  • Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Build and Head sales teams of 25+
  • Deliver high Sales Growth (20% M-O-M)
  • Achieve collection targets/cashflow
  • Improve gross margins
  • Product Solutions and Platform Sales
  • Pan India Role
  • Manage BLT/MUM office



Qualifications


  • MBA - Marketing + Engineer from Symbiosis, SPJIM, XLRI or reputed college
  • 5-7 years in Corporate Sales
  • Experience in sale of Packaging Products is a must.



Required Skills


  • Under 30 years of age
  • Excellent track record of business development
  • B2B Product Sales Experience
  • Excellent personality and communication skills
  • CRM system/Data driven
  • High contacts with Corporate Customers



Preferred Skills


  • Companies worked with: Moglix, Udaan, Bizongo, India Mart, Ofbusiness, Any other reputed B2B company



Pay range and compensation package


CTC: 6-10 lacs, ESOPs, Sales Incentives
