Job Description

Role Objectives Represent the company with a deep understanding of our products, services, and value propositions. Proactively research and assess customer needs to align our solutions with their goals. Drive achievement of organizational targets through effective sales planning, goal setting, data analysis, and forecasting. Continuously enhance leadership and team development capabilities to ensure team members are equipped with high-impact sales strategies. Cultivate strong lead generation efforts and maintain lasting client relationships to support sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base and support the company’s global growth ambitions. Engage directly with prospective clients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and tailored solutions. Oversee end-of-month and end-of-year sales close processes to ensure accurate reporting and performance alignment. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management. Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle—from strategy and prospecting to closing deals. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proven leadership skills with a talent for inspiring, motivating, and developing others. Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client and team engagements. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
