Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base and support the company’s global growth ambitions. Engage directly with prospective clients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and tailored solutions. Oversee end-of-month and end-of-year sales close processes to ensure accurate reporting and performance alignment. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales management. Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle—from strategy and prospecting to closing deals. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proven leadership skills with a talent for inspiring, motivating, and developing others.
