Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager with 4–5 years of proven experience in the logistics or supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship management, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics markets (FTL, LTL, warehousing, freight forwarding, etc.).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients; serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives to increase revenue and market share.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports; meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4–5 years of experience in B2B logistics or supply chain sales.
• Strong knowledge of logistics services (transportation, warehousing, 3PL, freight forwarding, etc.).
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing key accounts or large contracts.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs, or trade compliance.
• Existing network in logistics, e-commerce, manufacturing, or retail industries.
