About the Role

Sales Manager

What You’ll Work On

• Acquiring businesses that require cross-border payments, global settlements, and merchant payment solutions
• Leveraging your existing relationships to generate qualified leads and fast-track acquisitions
• Closing deals with exporters, D2C brands, SaaS companies, freelancers, IT/ITES firms, aggregators, and global merchants
• Building partnerships with marketplaces, payment service providers, consultants, and industry networks
• Conducting effective sales pitches, demos, and business presentations for decision-makers
• Owning the complete sales funnel from outreach to closure & scale-up
• Working closely with onboarding, operations, and compliance teams to support new clients
• Identifying new revenue opportunities and industry segments for expansion
• Representing bepay at industry events, founder communities, business networks, and ecosystem meetups

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in sales, business development, corporate alliances, or partnership roles
• Strong personal network in exports, global trade, IT services, D2C brands, MSMEs/SMEs, or digital businesses
• Proven ability to bring in business and close revenue-generating opportunities
• Experience selling fintech, banking, cross-border, FX, or payment products is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and hit acquisition and revenue targets
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment
