We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager / Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience (field sales or tele-sales, depending on the industry).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Language fluency as per regional demand.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Incentives/Commission (as per performance)
Travel Allowance (if applicable)

Pay: ₹15,894.36 - ₹25,384.39 per month
