Sales Manager-Corporate Lending

As a Sales Manager at XLR8 Talent Search in Pune, your role will involve acquiring new customers within the Medium & Large Enterprise Group Segment. You will source through open market and channel partners, conduct sales promotion activities, and enhance relationships to expand the customer base. In addition, you will be responsible for tasks such as CAM Preparation, Balance Sheet Analysis, Financial ratios evaluation, and Scrutiny of security documents. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to understand their business and financial needs - Collaborate with credit and operations teams for proposal sanctioning - Ensure timely processing of files and report on market information and competition - Monitor customer accounts to minimize delinquency - Source profitable business and implement sales and marketing processes for growth Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA qualification - At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within NBFC or Banks - Expertise in Direct Sales, Channel Management, Sales & Marketing, and Relationship Management - Experience in SME Loans, Business Loans, Working Capital Loan, Equipment Loan, and Term Loan In this role, your focus will be on achieving business targets within the designated territory, expanding the dealer network, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and grievances effectively. You will also be responsible for market research, selecting appropriate distribution channels, and ensuring primary and secondary sales success.
