Role & responsibilities We're hiring for Regional Sales Manager Solar MSME Finance Preferred candidate profile Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors and MSMEs in the solar/clean energy space. Drive lead generation and sales of solar finance products. Set and achieve monthly sales targets for both individual and team performance. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Executives. Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring. Ensure an outstanding customer experience by resolving queries and providing expert guidance. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless loan processing, documentation, and support.
