Job Title: Sales & Operations Manager

Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)

Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Sales & Operations Manager to take full ownership of both sales and day-to-day operations at Corporate Gyft. As the solo lead in this role, you will be directly responsible for end-to-end client management, lead generation, closing deals, and ensuring smooth order execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about managing operations with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new B2B corporate gifting opportunities independently.
  • Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

2.Operations Management:

  • Manage the entire order lifecycle from inventory management to order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee internal workflows to improve operational efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and operational documentation.

3.Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact for client communication.
  • Handle queries, issues, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

4.Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track sales performance and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze revenue trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Forecast demand and support planning for seasonal or campaign-specific gifting.

Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in Sales & Operations, preferably in B2B or corporate gifting.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and sales closure.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in gifting, merchandising, or e-commerce is a plus.

Compensation:

This is a high-incentive role with excellent earning potential.
