Full-Time Internship (Corporate Gifting)

We’re now looking for a dynamic, driven intern who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across multiple business functions.

Role Overview

This is not your typical internship. Over 6 months, you’ll get the opportunity to work directly with the founder and core team, handling diverse responsibilities that touch operations, cataloging, research, and client servicing. If you’re a self-starter, fast learner, and multitasker, this role is the perfect launchpad to kickstart your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Catalog Creation: Organize and update product catalogs with accurate descriptions, visuals, and pricing.
• Data Management: Maintain product, vendor, and pricing databases with attention to detail.
• Founder Assistance: Support the founder in scheduling, follow-ups, and daily coordination.
• Market Research: Identify new products, vendors, and industry trends to keep offerings competitive.
• Client & Team Support: Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for client pitches.
• Operations: Support daily business activities, ensuring seamless execution across teams.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred).
• Strong command of MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Availability for a 6-month, full-time, in-office internship.
