Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets for consumer durable loans.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase loan disbursements.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, dealerships, and customers to drive business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Consumer Durables/Consumer Loans.
Strong understanding of Consumer Finance/Consumer Sales/Consumer Durables industry dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
