Role Overview

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for our clients Cladding division across Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in building materials and an established network with architects and interior designers. This role requires a proactive sales leader who can develop enduring client relationships and increase business opportunities in the architect and interior design community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales efforts for the Cladding division, targeting architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers in the construction and design industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our clients cladding products.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning and market demands.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipelines, and competitor activity.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote the brand and expand the network.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in building materials sales with a focus on cladding, facades, or related products.
  • Strong relationships and network with architects and interior designers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
