Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and performance-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive room and event sales. The candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships, generating revenue, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Generate leads and convert them through corporate, MICE and B2B channels
• Maintain and share a daily sales call report / work done report
• Build strong networks with travel agents, corporate, and event organizers
• Work closely with the accounts and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for rooms, banquets, and packages.
• Track market trends, prepare sales reports, and suggest actionable insights.
• Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking meets as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in hotel/resort sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Kerala/South India hospitality market preferred
• Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel to different properties for sales and event support
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
