Sales Manager

This is a full-time role as a Travel consultant at Travelfika. As a Travel consultant, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying leads, explaining our offerings, answering customer queries, and maintaining a database of customer information. To excel in this role, excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for travel are essential. Qualifications required for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Tamil, strong sales and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, customer service experience, familiarity with travel destinations and the tourism industry, effective time management and organizational skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. This position is full-time and requires at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing. The work location is in person.
