Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our TVS two-wheeler dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor showroom footfall and ensure prompt customer engagement.
• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Track and manage inquiries, test rides, and conversions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any post-sale issues.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to close deals efficiently.
• Provide training and regular performance reviews for sales executives.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all sales activities.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to dealership owner/GM.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in two-wheeler dealerships.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.
• Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and dealership sales software.
