We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team at our TVS two-wheeler dealership . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Monitor showroom footfall and ensure prompt customer engagement. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads. Track and manage inquiries, test rides, and conversions. Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve any post-sale issues. Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to close deals efficiently. Provide training and regular performance reviews for sales executives. Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all sales activities. Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to dealership owner/GM. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Proven experience in automobile sales, preferably in two-wheeler dealerships. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of local market and customer preferences. Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and dealership sales software.
