Sales Manager – Charity Business (Southeast Asia)

Role: Sales Manager – Charity Business (Southeast Asia)

Location: Remote (first 3 months) → Relocation to Malaysia required after 3 months of joining.

(The company will provide relocation support to assist with the move. Candidates must be open and willing to relocate.)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and meet/exceed targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build strong client and partner relationships
• Manage and mentor a sales team
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals
• Handle customer inquiries and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate across departments to align sales goals with company objectives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, business development, or client relationship management
• Knowledge of nonprofit software, donor management, or fundraising tech solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Strong strategic and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in CRM and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in the nonprofit/fundraising sector is a plus
