About The Role


Are you a growth-driven, relationship-building superstar who thrives on creating opportunities and closing high-value deals? Cayana Infratech is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can elevate our brand, expand our market reach, and deliver exceptional sales performance across our premium real-estate projects.




Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Relationship Management


Drive high-quality lead generation through your personal PR network — including corporate houses, HNIs, NRIs, and institutional investors.

Build trust-driven, long-term relationships that translate into consistent business conversions.

Represent Cayana Infratech as a premium brand with authenticity, commitment, and class.

2. Market Expansion & New Opportunities

Identify untapped new markets, customer segments, bulk buyers, and emerging business opportunities for current and upcoming projects.

Conduct competitor and market intelligence to stay ahead in a fast-evolving real estate ecosystem.

3. Managing & Empowering IBA Network

Recruit, onboard, and train Independent Business Associates (IBAs) to build a strong, motivated field network.

Maintain strong relationships with top-performing IBAs and drive engagement, productivity, and loyalty.

4. Strategic Sales Planning & Target Ownership

Define and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Lead by example—drive performance, ensure team adherence to plans, and take complete ownership of revenue targets across assigned projects.

5. Deal Closure & Customer Experience Leadership

Lead high-value negotiations and close complex deals in collaboration with the Sales Head and Management.

Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint—pre-booking, post-booking, documentation, and handover.

6. Reporting, Analytics & Performance Tracking

Consolidate daily/weekly reports from reportees and prepare meaningful performance insights.

Track essential metrics such as lead-to-sale ratio, agent contribution, campaign ROI, and more.

Present periodic business reviews and actionable recommendations to the Sales Head to drive continuous improvement.
