Job Description

Dear candidate,We are hiring for Sales Manager.Experience: 2- 10 yearsCTC: as per industry standards + benefitsLocation: Chandigarh, Tricity

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients to expand the customer base.
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement in line with company policies.
Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to generate leads.
