Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure alignment with budget.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a sales executive or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong business sense and industry expertise, with the ability to handle total B2B revenue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on time management and problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Experience in direct marketing, customer relationship management, and retail sales is desirable.
Educational qualifications: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com.
