Sales Manager- Building Materials - Retail

Job Description: RachTR is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Manager to join their team in Maharashtra. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Retail Sales Network in the territory. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough market research to identify potential retail partners, dealers, and distribution opportunities. - Mapping out territory potential and prioritizing key target accounts for business growth. - Developing and implementing a detailed sales plan tailored to the territory. - Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with retailers, contractors, and distributors. - Providing product training, promotional support, and guidance to retail partners. - Tracking inventory levels and forecasting demand in the territory. - Promoting the full range of materials and representing the company in customer meetings, trade shows, and relevant events. - Providing regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and territory performance reports to leadership. - Analyzing competition, pricing trends, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies as needed. - The position is at a Senior Level Manager and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the Construction & Allied Industry through Distributors, Dealers, and Contractors. - The salary ranges from 9 LPA to 14 LPA, depending on the position and is negotiable for the right candidate. - The ideal candidate must be agile, have a strong understanding of market dynamics, a proven performer in their career journey, possess strong project management skills, negotiation abilities, and a relevant Graduation degree. - Desired Skills: Proven career record, strong work ethic, ability to work independently and with a team, adaptability, and rapport-building skills.
