About the role :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in high-paced, target-driven environments.- Analyze sales data to optimize performance, ensuring the team consistently meets KPIs.- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment within the team, providing coaching and development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Must have 2-3 years of experience managing a sales team, ideally within the insurance, e-commerce, ed-tech, or similar subscription-based industry.
- Proven success in managing teams in high-paced, target-driven environments.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performance teams.- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
