Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution.
Handle guest management including RSVP tracking, guest lists, and on-site support.
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Support sales activities, including client proposals, pitching services, and upselling where applicable.
Prepare event-related documents and reports using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist in sourcing venues, negotiating with suppliers, and managing logistics.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality events within budget and scope.
Handle administrative duties and maintain organized event records.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
Proven sales knowledge or experience in a customer-facing role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong guest management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive problem-solver.
Previous experience in the event industry is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,978.44 - ₹38,763.53 per month
