Job Description

- Develop and manage business in Bharuch, Surat, Vapi and surrounding areas.

 

- Identify and visit key stakeholders including:

 

- Architects

 

- Consultants

 

- Project Management Consultants (PMCs)

 

- Civil Contractors and Builders

 

- Promote and present product range for:

 

- Concrete densification

 

- Floor coating systems

 

- Raised access flooring

 

-    Get our products specified in project BOQs through effective technical discussions and presentations.

- Prepare and submit commercial proposals based on client requirements.

 

- Negotiate pricing and close orders within company margins.

 

-   Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the construction and infrastructure ecosystem.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new project developments.

 

- Provide timely reports and updates to the sales head.

 

Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in B2B technical sales or building material sales (minimum 2-3 years).


-  Preference for candidates from flooring solutions, construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries.

- Strong network with consultants, architects, and contractors in the region.

 

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

 

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

 

- Willingness to travel extensively in the region.

 

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Civil background preferred). Additional qualifications in sales/marketing will be a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
