Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting client interactions, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to optimize sales performance and growth. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction while driving new revenue opportunities for the company.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and revenue generation strategies
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to train and support new team members in understanding sales processes
Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding and Custom Broking industry is advantageous
Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
