Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales through excellent customer engagement. This role involves both in-store sales and field visits for site assessments. Key Responsibilities: In-Store Sales & Operations :Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bathroom fittings and tiles. Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits. Provide design ideas for tiles, especially for bathrooms and living spaces. Maintain a record of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups to close sales. Manage inventory, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the store. Coordinate with suppliers for order tracking and availability. Field Work & Site Visits: Conduct site visits to scan/measure areas for tile and bathroom fitting requirements. Provide basic layout suggestions based on site conditions. Follow up with contractors, architects, and builders for potential projects.
