Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets by building strong customer relationships and exploring market opportunities. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the company’s market reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Planning, Relationship Building, and Team Management
• Strong knowledge of Market Analysis, Sales Strategies, and Target Achievement
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
