This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing insurance consultants, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sales forecasting, training and mentoring team members, and preparing regular sales reports.
