Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Madurai Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue goals. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Sales and Business Development skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Experience in the financial industry, specifically in housing finance, is a plus
Knowledge of the local real estate market in the Greater Madurai Area is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
1 -2Years of Mortgage Experience Preferred
