Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through both inbound and outbound sales strategies, including phone calls and in-person visits to our studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering personalized gifting solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets, focusing primarily on call-based outreach and face-to-face visits at the studio.

* Cultivate relationships with potential and existing customers, including individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients.

* Conduct sales presentations to clients, demonstrating the benefits and customization options of our products.

* Follow up on leads and convert them into sales, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Customer Relationship Management:

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

* Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor personalized gifting solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

* Provide guidance and product recommendations to customers, assisting with order selection, customization options, and gift

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

*in addition to inbound leads, use research, cold calling, and networking to generate new leads.

* Qualify prospects and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

* Manage and update the customer database with detailed notes and information on potential leads.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

* Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and customer feedback.

* Provide insights on market trends and customer demands to help inform future product offerings and sales strategies.

* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and promotional activities.

Collaboration & Coordination:

* Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

* Coordinate with the customer support team to resolve any post-sales issues and ensure a seamless experience.

Studio Visits & Relationship Building:

* Meet with high-value clients in the studio to showcase our offerings and provide a personalized experience.

* Ensure that the studio environment is welcoming and conducive to customer engagement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
