AYAY Ventures is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with proven real estate experience to drive sales and lead our premium property projects in Mathura & Noida.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead, mentor & grow a sales team to consistently exceed sales targets.
-Convert high-quality leads into successful closures.
-Build strong client relationships with investors & homebuyers.
-Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
-Report sales insights and market trends to management.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory)
✅ Strong track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & client-handling skills
✅ Leadership ability to guide a sales team
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools & online real estate lead platforms
