We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Fall Protection Division – focused on products like full-body harnesses, tripod & winch systems, retractable fall arrest blocks, and more.

📍 Location: Lucknow (Full-Time | On-Site)

🧰 Division: Fall Protection Equipment (PPE)

• Drive sales for our fall protection product line
• Build relationships with industrial clients, contractors & safety professionals
• Identify new market segments and B2B opportunities
• Conduct product demos and promote safety compliance solutions
• Close deals, manage accounts, and meet revenue targets

• 3–6 years of experience in industrial/PPE/safety equipment sales
• Strong knowledge of fall protection standards (BIS/EN/ANSI)
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Self-starter with experience in B2B client engagement
