- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for lubricants in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base within the region.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers in the industry.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product visibility and competitive positioning in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends in the lubricants sector.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
