Job Description

. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets for auto refinish paints (aftermarket & workshops).
  • Identify new business opportunities in multi-brand workshops, OEM service centers, insurance partners, and fleet operators.
  • Drive growth in assigned territory or region.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipelines, and market share.

2. Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with:
    • Multi-brand workshops
    • OEM service centers
    • Fleet operators & corporate clients
    • Insurance companies (for claims and refinish tie-ups)
  • Negotiate pricing, deals, and long-term agreements with key accounts.

3. Dealer & Distributor Coordination

  • Support distributors and channel partners in sales, marketing, and technical aspects.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of products.
  • Conduct dealer and workshop trainings on product features, application techniques, and new launches.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
  • Provide actionable insights to management to improve market penetration.
  • Identify gaps in service or product offering and propose corrective measures.

5. Customer Service & Technical Support

  • Resolve escalations related to product quality or application issues.
  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical support sessions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Lead, guide, and support sales executives or technical representatives in the assigned territory.
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and review performance regularly.
  • Promote a customer-focused and result-oriented sales culture.

7. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Track achievements against targets and suggest corrective action if required.

8. Financial & Commercial Responsibility

  • Ensure revenue growth and margin protection in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor discounts, credit terms, and payment collection.
  • Support budgeting and cost management initiatives.
