Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role is crucial for our success and requires a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group bookings.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create attractive packages and promotions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the local and regional hospitality market, particularly in Haridwar and the Jim Corbett area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
