We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role is crucial for our success and requires a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape in the region. Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize revenue and occupancy. Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group bookings. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create attractive packages and promotions. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 5-8 years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in the hotel or hospitality industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong knowledge of the local and regional hospitality market, particularly in Haridwar and the Jim Corbett area. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
