Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our premium real estate project in Bilaspur. The role requires strong expertise in personal relations (PR), client handling, and deal closures. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of market and be capable of handling high-value residential and commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales for:
o Premium bungalow & plot-based township
o Commercial building projects
Build strong personal relations (PR) with potential buyers, different communities, investors, and channel partners.
client follow-ups, site visits, and final closings.
Act as a “closing expert” – proficient in finalizing deals independently.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and outreach activities.
Report regularly on sales progress and targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in townships and commercial space.
Excellent local network and PR.
Proven track record of closing large-ticket real estate deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and result-oriented.
