Job Description

Job Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Manager at Ambience Nature . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Raipur market, strong leadership skills, Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily sales operations at the Ambience Nature site. Handle walk-ins, telephonic and digital leads, and coordinate seamless site visits. Convert prospects into bookings through effective communication and persuasion. Guide and support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Ensure an excellent client experience from first inquiry to post-sale support. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for follow-ups and lead nurturing. Generate regular reports on team performance, lead status, and client feedback. Build long-term client relationships and encourage referrals and repeat sales. Required Skills: Proven real estate sales experience (preferably in plotted/township projects) not mandatory Good knowledge of Raipur’s residential market and local customer behaviour. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-Motivation & Result Achievement Tech-savvy with CRM tools and digital communication platforms. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
