Role Summary: As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) , you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inquiries, follow-ups, site visit coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries professionally. Explain project details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential buyers. Coordinate and schedule site visits, and follow up on leads generated through campaigns. Maintain an updated lead tracker and CRM database with client interactions and status. Build rapport with clients and assist in resolving any queries before and after booking. Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly booking targets. Ensure timely communication and excellent client service to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi & English essential). Presentable, polite, and customer-centric attitude. Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle and local geography (Raipur). Ability to multitask and use CRM, Excel, and WhatsApp Business effectively.
