Sales Manager - AI and Analytics Solutions

As a Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving growth across the APAC, Middle East, and Indian markets by leading our sales initiatives for AI and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and leading client presentations and proposal developments. Your expertise in technology sales, particularly in AI/analytics, and your deep understanding of business practices in diverse markets will be instrumental in your success in this role. In this position, you will collaborate closely with technical teams to customize solutions for clients, manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, forecast sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and results. Additionally, you will mentor and develop junior sales team members, stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, and demonstrate your strong communication and presentation skills in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise software/technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in the APAC, Middle East, and Indian markets. Your strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and applications, coupled with a Bachelor's degree (MBA or technical degree preferred), will be key assets. You should also be willing to travel extensively across the regions (40-50%) and be motivated to work full-time in a permanent position.
