Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling advertising space across Adonmo’s digital screen network, with a strong focus on driving business within retail and mall media environments. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering creative, performance-driven advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell digital ad spaces across Adonmo’s network in residential, corporate, and retail/mall locations.
• Identify and approach potential clients, brands, and media agencies to expand the customer base.
• Develop tailored media plans and proposals aligned with client objectives.
• Manage and grow key accounts through strong relationship-building and consistent follow-ups.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and flawless campaign execution.
• Stay ahead of trends in DOOH, retail, and mall media to provide strategic insights and opportunities to clients.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in media or advertising sales (experience in OOH, DOOH, or mall/retail media preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Existing network within brand marketing or media agencies is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
