Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Odisha, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of these targets. Daily tasks will include managing client relationships, providing sales training, and monitoring the sales team's performance to ensure alignment with company goals. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills
Client relationship management and customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills for market trend analysis and report preparation
Ability to work on-site in Odisha, India
