About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
  • Maintain and update CRM database and prepare sales reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and branding teams for promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Train and mentor junior sales executives to meet performance goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.
