Role & responsibilities

Job Overview:

As an Industry 4.0 Sales Specialist, you will leverage your proven experience to identify and capture new business opportunities within the Industry 4.0 landscape. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our Industry 4.0 solutions and services in the maharashtra region. This role demands a deep understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Prospecting:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Industry 4.0 sector.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.

  • Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, positioning our Industry 4.0 solutions as tailored solutions to meet their needs.

3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:

  • Utilize your in-depth understanding of Industry 4.0 to effectively present our product and service offerings.

  • Deliver compelling and effective presentations to clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

4. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

5. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and objections to secure successful deals.

  • Close sales deals and ensure timely contract finalization.

6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the product development and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

  • Provide feedback from clients to assist in product improvement and development.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to management.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of successful sales experience in the Industry4.0 sector or related technology fields (8 years of experience).

  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, including Industrial Automation , Smart Factory Solutions , Digital Manufacturing , automation, and data analytics.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
