The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, creating sales proposals, maintaining client relationships, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and strategy development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Leadership and team management skills Experience in the digital marketing or related industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Results-driven with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
